A date is confirmed only after a written confirmation from our team and receipt of the agreed advance. Enquiry submissions alone do not block a date.

Payments
Standard terms are 30% advance on confirmation, 50% one week before the event and the balance on completion. Payment status is shown in your customer dashboard as Unpaid, Advance Paid, Partially Paid or Fully Paid.
Cancellation
Cancellations more than 30 days before the event are refunded after deducting committed vendor costs. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 21 days before the event and subject to availability of the new date.
Scope and changes
The approved quotation defines the scope. Additions requested on the event day are billable at prevailing rates and subject to feasibility.
Media usage
We may use photographs of decor and setups for our portfolio. Tell us in writing if you prefer your event not to be featured.
